President & CEO
Coming from the Black Forest Region in Germany, Gunter was born with a European Eye for Woodworking and Manufacturing. Having been a successful Entrepreneur taking multiple Woodworking and Store Fixture manufacturing companies to the tops of their industries, Gunter had a Vision for Unique Products that will change the way you think of Interior Wood Refinements.
Whether it is developing machines and processes for the manufacturing, or working on the most effective way to install our products, Gunter is a true Enthusiast for every project he dives into.
With 20 years in the Woodworking Industry ranging from Cabinet Production to Front Office Management, Erika has proven her ability to maintain the success of every company she has been involved in. Utilizing the skills and knowledge gained in her MBA, she maintains the financial side of the organization.
Gaining from the Pedigree set forth by Gunter, Kelsey is well seasoned in the Woodworking Industry. From the early days of truly hand-made custom cabinetry to executing the most unique wood working solutions for residential customers, Kelsey has been on every side of the Industry. His passion for getting the nitty-gritty details on every project help make him successful in Designing and Processing all forms of Custom Woodworking.
Executive Vice President
Born and raised in Germany, Bertram completed an apprenticeship as a cabinetmaker and timber framer. After hands on experience in the field, Bertram graduated from Rosenheim
University with an engineering degree in wood processing and wood product design. Exposure to different tasks and sections in the wood industry has cultivated a broad spectrum of
Bertram has been in the USA since 1999 and has worked for the same company and owner since then. He has a holistic approach in thinking about the product from a design standpoint through production, installation and the end use of the product.
Mountain Regional Manager
Justin is a Colorado native, born and raised in Colorado Springs and graduated from Colorado State University with his Bachelor Degree in 1997. Prior to joining Genesis Hospitality, he spent 6-years traveling around the country installing and project managing numerous high end commercial and residential properties.
For the past 17 years, Justin has called the Vail Valley home and served Genesis Hospitality in a variety of roles: design, sales, installation and project management. He follows each job from start to finish, ensuring that each unique project meets the standard of excellence that clients expect from Genesis Hospitality. His attention to detail and knowledge of the latest trends in the industry ensure a high-quality finished product with a stress-free process for the customer.
Raised in Colorado enjoying the mountain life, Eric worked in architectural woodworking as a master craftsman, project manager, estimator and 25 years as a business owner. He brings the real-world experience of large and intricate projects to each new opportunity.
Eric believes that construction is a team sport and we earn our place on the team daily. By collaborating on design and careful planning we will create smart products that ultimately achieve the vision, are practical to produce, integrate smoothly into the project and will stand the test of time.
Rudy is a Colorado-Native, born right here in Loveland, CO. He started on the shop floor with a small woodworking company and consistently excelled into management positions. After 2 years of working on the shop floor, taking leadership classes and attending management seminars, he was promoted to the shop foremen.
In 2000, Rudy joined Genesis. He used his diverse experience in woodworking to focus on high-end face frame cabinets that couldn’t be manufactured in the shop. Again, Rudy quickly rose to a management position where he remained for 15 years. After a brief change of scenery in Tennessee, Genesis is happy to have Rudy back as Operations Manager, overseeing daily operations on the shop floor.
Born in a very traditional home in Mexico, Reyna attended school in the US – she graduated from University of New Mexico in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and went on to study in Europe as part of her MBA coursework, which she completed in 2012.
Reyna is very passionate about her profession and loves making a difference in an organization. She encompasses a strong work ethic and is always a proponent of effective leadership. She joined the Genesis team in 2020 with previous experience as an HR Manager in the Hospitality and Manufacturing industry.
